The District’s objective is to provide the residents and commercial establishments, OUR CUSTOMERS, with a continuous supply of quality drinking water, a safe sewer system, excellent service to our customers and good budgetary management for the present and the future.

Vegetative Debris Collection – Updated Guidelines from County

Harris County Precinct 3 to Begin Collecting Residential Vegetative Debris on July 15, 2024

Beginning Monday, July 15, 2024, Harris County Precinct 3 crews will be collecting storm-related residential vegetative debris left on the curb.   Residents should report their debris to Precinct 3 by calling 713-274-3100 or submitting their location at pct3.com/service-request.

Residents must follow the instructions in the Debris Separation Guide provided below to ensure that their debris is collected.

Best Trash will also continue to collect storm-related debris left on the curb on the Bilma Public Utility District’s regularly scheduled trash pick-up days.

CUSTOMER NOTICE: BILLING SOFTWARE TRANSITION

Bilma PUD’s Operator, H2O Innovation, will be transitioning its billing software provider over the next few months. The new billing software provider is Starnik and the new website to make online payments is https://h2o.starnik.net

Customers will receive new account numbers and if you are currently enrolled in auto-pay, you will be required to register and make a manual payment for your bill due on June 20. Auto-pay will then go into effect on the next billing cycle.

Customers will receive their new account numbers and information to set up their new online account in the following forms:

  1. Email from customercare@h2oinnovation.com
  2. Detailed letter from H2O Innovation and Starnik
