The Board of Directors of Bilma Public Utility District (the “District”) authorized Best Trash to send additional trucks to make a final sweep of all household trash and storm-related debris. The additional collection will begin on Monday, August 5, 2024, and may carry over to Tuesday, August 6, 2024, if necessary.

These trucks will operate in addition to Best Trash’s regularly scheduled trash collection services within the District. Please note trucks will run past 5:00 p.m. as necessary to collect the storm-related debris.

To ensure that your trash and debris are collected, please be mindful that:

  • Storm-related debris does not need to be bundled, but it must be small enough for the crews to pick-up by hand
  • Fence pickets will be collected if they are stacked. Whole sections/fence panels will not be collected
  • Furniture or debris not caused by the storm will not be collected
  • All trash and debris must be on the curb by 7:00 a.m. on Monday, August 5
